Because many of our products are handcrafted and made from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived with missing items.
• The product has a significant manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, labels, and proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Bulk wholesale orders manufactured to customer specifications
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products returned without prior approval

Please note that handmade products made from natural materials may have slight differences in color, weaving pattern, texture, or dimensions. These natural variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Order Number
• Product Name
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our customer support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

1. We will provide return instructions.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
4. Once received, we will inspect the returned item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

6. Exchange Policy

We will gladly replace products if:

• The wrong item was shipped.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• A verified manufacturing defect is found.

Replacement items are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), EcoCraftsBD will cover the return or replacement shipping costs where applicable.
• If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

9. Wholesale & Export Orders

For wholesale, OEM, private label, and export orders, return and refund terms may differ and will be governed by the signed quotation, purchase agreement, or commercial contract between EcoCraftsBD and the buyer.
